The impact of autistic traits on pre-employment personality test results

07 October 2017

This dissertation research aims to investigate how pre-employment personality testing affects job applicants in the general population with varying levels of autistic personality traits. (Note: the presence of autistic traits does not necessarily suggest that a person has autism).

This 15 minute anonymous questionnaire asks participants to fill in some (optional) demographic questions and to indicate to what extent they agree with certain personality measures.
